Appalachian Immersion is a 9-12 month internship with Good Works, Inc. in Athens, Ohio. Interns live in the Good Works Hannah House and serve in several different outreach ministries. Interns are provided with housing (including utilities) and most of their food, as well as a monthly stipend of $300. For more information, please click here.

College students interested in social justice issues, such as global issues related to mining, Fair Trade coffee, hunger, and international trade, can apply for this program. Students accepted into the program can take advantage of Oxfam America's leadership training and become skilled and knowledgeable agents of change. Leaders will then use their new skills and insights to run Oxfam campaigns on their campuses and in their local communities.

Young Disciples Teams
We are looking for Catholic adults (must be at least 18 years old) who love Jesus, who love being Catholic and who would consider being a part of a summer mission team. Our website is www.fargodiocese.org/youngdisciples. he commitment is for 10 weeks, beginning May 15 through July 29, 2008.
