Personal and Professional Interests

Wayne Biddle will be joining the College’s Business Department on a full-time basis effective September 2011. He joined the College’s Business Office in August of 1987 and has served in several capacities including the Director of Human Resources & Business Operations. Biddle has taught part-time in the Business Department since 1998. His professional interests include employee retention, job embeddedness, business ethics and equity theory. Wayne and his wife (Amy Lyle ’91) have two sons (Steven and Jeffrey) and twin daughters (Abigail and Ashley).
