3D development subject-matter expert in everything
from 3D generative art to computational geometry
including parametric and mesh file
creation/manipulation. You must have solid 3D
design/drafting experience and any
product/industrial/package design experience would

Webmaster - Developer/Designer

Franklin College has a unique opportunity for an
experienced Webmaster. Franklin is a four-year,
private liberal-arts college of just over 1,000
full-time students founded in 1834 making it one
of the oldest colleges in Indiana. The college is
located in Franklin, a city of 15,000, just 30
minutes south of downtown Indianapolis. As part of
the college's marketing team the successful
candidate will report to the Vice President for
Enrollment and Marketing.
In order to fulfill the Webmaster's primary and
continuing responsibility to enhance and maintain
the quality of the Franklin College website, the
Webmaster's responsibilities include, but are not
limited to, management of multiple external
website projects including the ability to
determine scope and timeliness of ongoing
projects; content management (facilitation of
campus discussions with all web content providers
with regard to policy/procedures and design);
investigation and expansion of the appropriate use
of all electronic communications (e.g. e-mail, web
interfaces, social media, etc); online marketing
activities; the skill to develop compelling design
concepts using the Franklin College Branding and
Style Guide standards and direction; and
maintaining all appropriate files, records, and
statistics.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in
Computer Information Systems (CIS) or a related
field and 5+ years of demonstrated web design
experience. Work experience in a college
environment is desirable. This experience must
demonstrate proficiency in the development and/or
use of:
• Consumer based website development and
maintenance
• User Interface Design, supporting
usability and user interaction
• Drupal and Wordpress
• HTML , MySQL, PHP, and CSS
• Adobe creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, Flash) applications
