Representatives from numerous camps across the country will be here to recruit GCC students for summer staff positions including; ministry, worship team leaders, counselors, lifeguards, craft directors, and many more.

Black Forest Academy

Black Forest Academy (BFA) is an international Christian school providing an English language education for grades 5-12.  Grades 1-4 are part of a bilingual school, Christliche Schule Kandern (CSK).  Positions exist for teachers, resident assistants, counselors, cooks, and many other exciting  opportunities!  Stop by BFA's table in the STU to talk to Frank Darden.

 

BFA exists to provide a quality, international, Christian education that equips its students to influence their world through biblical thought, character, and action.  BFA serves the children of international Christian workers and international business families who want a North American curriculum that incorporates a Christian worldview.  BFA has an enrollment of approximately 340 students, with about 50% of the 9th-12th grade students in the residential boarding program.

 

The Black Forest region encompasses the southwest corner of Germany, with BFA located in the picturesque village of Kandern.  The nearest cities to BFA include Basel in Switzerland, Mulhouse in France, and Lörrach and Freiburg in Germany.

Network of International Christian Schools (NICS)/Oasis Virtual Teacher Job Fair

PERC Teacher Job Fair

134 school districts (and a few online placement organizations) will be at PERC to share information and conduct interviews for teaching positions.  GCC will sponsor a bus to and from PERC (see Ms. Walker to sign up).  Check the PERC Website to review a list of employers, grab some preparation tips, etc.
