Au Pair/Nanny:

♦Embassy of the US (Spain) AuPair Program - serve as an au pair for a host family in Madrid, Spain for up to 12 months.  Participants must be between 18-26 years of age, proficient in spoken English, and have a high school diploma.

♦Peace Corps - Some states waive student teaching requirements or provide preliminary teaching credentials for returned Peace Corps volunteers.  All education positions require at least a bachelor's degree and a minimum GPA of 2.5.

♦Bureau of Indian Education - BIE is responsible for educating approximately 42,000 American Indian and Alaska Native children at 164 elementary and secondary schools on 64 reservations in 23 states. The educational services that BIE provides are vital to current and future students who are their tribes’ future.

♦U.S. Department of Education - The U.S. Department of Education is the agency of the federal government that establishes policy for, administers, and coordinates most federal assistance to education. 

♦Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials - includes Managers or Directors of Business Affairs, Facilities, Food Service, Technology, etc.

♦Pittsburgh Urban Leadership Service Experience (PULSE) - organization that partners with local, Pittsburgh non-profits to cultivate a community of servant leaders that will transform Pittsburgh.
