Application Procedure

 
  • Applications for any given school year will be accepted in the Early Education Center office one year prior to enrollment date.
  • Families currently in the program will receive a letter from the Assistant Director in October and will have the first opportunity to choose a class session and pay the non-refundable registration fee. It is not necessary to complete a new application form.
  • Former Early Education Center families and GCC personnel will receive preference until November 15th for the following year enrollment.
  • All application forms must be complete and include a $40.00 nonrefundable registration fee. A confirmation date will be placed on the completed application upon receipt in the Early Education Center office.
  • Applications can be obtained online or by calling the Early Education Center (724-458-2600).
