• Summer Internships: The deadline for accepting applications is June 30. Academic departments may establish an earlier deadline date.  Please check the department link for specific department requirements. You may drop the internship within fourteen days from the start date with a full refund.  A withdraw will be accepted up until to August 15. There is no refund for a withdraw.  A withdraw after August 15 results in a WF-Withdraw-Fail.

• Fall and Spring semester Internships: Fall Internships - Must be submitted by September 30. Spring internships - Must be submitted by February 28. You may drop the internship within fourteen days from the start date with a full refund.  A withdraw from the internship follows the same calendar dates as established for the fall and spring terms.  There is no refund for a withdraw.  A WF-Withdraw-fail results after the fall/spring withdraw date.

• January and May Intersession Internships: The add, drop, and withdrawal dates will follow the same calendar dates as established for the Intersession terms.

All internships must be approved prior
to starting the experience. 
Hours towards earning credit begin when
the application is approved by the Registrar's Office.
