Answers:

First check the FAQ page for frequently asked questions & answers.  For example, if it's not accepting your promo code, or if your connection keeps timing out, we've got a solution!  You may also want to check the FAQs within your Napster client. (Using the Napster software, click Help then FAQ.)

Still need to sign up?  Login to myGCC and enroll via the Napster portlet!

Never received your Promo code?  After you sign up electronically, an e-mail will be sent to your GCC account with the appropriate enrollment information.  Note that this process could take several business days.  If it has been more than a week since you enrolled and still have not received an e-mail notification from us, please send a message to napster@gcc.edu.

Already redeemed your Promo code?  Once you've enrolled and used your Promo code, you cannot reuse it.  Successful registration should have provided you with full access to the Napster resources.  If you've redeemed your code and there is still a problem, email napster@gcc.edu.   

Trying to cancel an existing membership?  Current members who wish to cancel participation after the end of their subscription period for any reason should use the Napster enrollment portlet on the Sign-Up tab of myGCC.  (You must maximize the portlet to view all cancellation options.) 

Alternatively, to request service cancellation, you may email napster@gcc.edu from your GCC email account; please include your GCC ID number, Napster membername, and brief reason(s) for cancellation. As confirmation that we received your request, you will get an email response within several business days. Sorry to see you go!
