OnlineCourses: Add/Drop/Withdraw Information 

Online courses may be found in the Early Summer and in Late Summer Terms.

Students may add or drop a course up until the day before the course begins; however, please note that professors may set their own earlier deadlines for course registration. Adding or dropping a course can be done through myGCC online registration or with a paper drop/add form. Any questions may be directed to the Registrar's Office: registrar@gcc.edu or 724-458-2172.

The tuition fee is $400/credit.

Payment for Early Summer is due June 1.  Payment for Late Summer is due July 1.

Refund Policy: A student may be refunded a portion of the tuition charges in accordance with the following schedule:
          Withdrawal prior to the start of the course .  . . . . . . . . . .100 % refund
          Withdrawal before the end of the drop date . . . .. . . . . . . .75 % refund
          Withdrawal from the course after the drop date . . . . . . . . . . No refund

A withdrawal after the final drop date is marked as a W - Withdraw on your transcript.

Any withdraws after the final withdraw date are considered a WF - Withdraw Fail.
