Todd Gibson enters his tenth season as the Wolverines’ outside linebackers coach. He is also the program’s strength and conditioning coordinator.

A 2002 Grove City graduate, Gibson joined the staff prior to the start of the 2004 season.

His work with the linebacking corps has helped Grove City lead the Presidents' Athletic Conference in total defense in two of the last three seasons.

Gibson started at split end for the Wolverines in 2000 and 2001. He led Grove City in receptions, yards and touchdowns as a senior in 2001.

Gibson earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from Grove City in May 2002, then added a bachelor’s degree in integrated social studies/secondary education from nearby Youngstown State. He earned his master’s degree in exercise science from California University of Pennsylvania in 2006.

Gibson completed his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He also earned his Performance Enhancement Specialist credential through the National Association of Sports Medicine.

Gibson also works as Grove City’s head men’s and women’s track and field coach. He serves as an assistant professor of physical education and exercise science at the College.

Gibson lives in Cranberry Township with his wife, Richelle.
