Also an Honorable Mention pick in 2013, Schwartz ranked second on the team in scoring (9.9) and assists (2.7) while leading the team with 57 steals, matching his own program-record total from a year ago. He ranked third in the conference in steals per game (2.2) and free throw percentage (.841) and ninth in assists (2.7) and three-point field goal percentage (.388).

He became the program's all-time steals leader in Grove City's December 6 game at Waynesburg and became the first player to reach 200 career steals on February 4 in a 72-67 win at Westminster. He finished his career ranked first in program history with 211 steals, sixth with 115 threes and eighth in assists with 262. He also owns four of the top nine single-season steals marks all-time.
