Grove City 5th at Mercyhurst Invitational
ERIE, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's golf team placed fifth out of seven teams at the Mercyhurst College Invitational Saturday afternoon at Lake View Country Club.
Junior Alex Intihar (Zelienople, Pa./Seneca Valley) and sophomore Chris Nakis (Hinckley, Ohio/Medina Highlands) both tied for 12th with rounds of 81. Junior Brad Dutton (Murrysville, Pa./Franklin Regional) carded an 82, earning 16th place.
Tiffin won the team title with 304 total strokes. Grove City was the only Division III program to compete.
