Wolverines 2nd at ECAC Championships
ALTOONA, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's golf team placed second at the Eastern College Athletic Conference Southern Men's Golf Championships Thursday at Sinking Valley Country Club. The Wolverines accumulated 632 team strokes, trailing only team champion Penn State Altoona.
Sophomore Tyler Sorensen (Woodbridge, Conn./Amity) earned medalist honors at the Championships with a 36-hole total of 149. Junior Tyler Fitch (Peoria, Ill./Peoria Christian) placed second overall with a 77-76-153.
