Wolverines 5th at Westminster
NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's golf team placed fifth at the eight-team Westminster College Titan Invitational Monday afternoon at New Castle Country Club. Grove City accumulated 334 strokes. Carnegie Mellon won the team title with 316 strokes.
Freshman Abram Stiffler (Trappe, Md./Easton) tied for 11th with an 80. Sophomore Tyler Sorensen (Woodbridge, Conn./Amity) tied for 13th with an 83.
Grove City will compete in the Bethany Invitational April 12.
