Grove City College Men's Golf

GREENVILLE, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's golf team placed second out of 11 teams Saturday afternoon at the Thiel Invitational, held at The Greens of Greenville. Grove City posted a team score of 323 to earn runner-up honors. La Roche won the team crown with a 310 team score.

Senior Kyle Wilson (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) paced Grove City by taking fourth with a round of 79. Junior Matt Litton (Chantilly, Va./Chantilly) tied for fifth with an 80. La Roche's Tim Devlin earned medalist honors with a 74.

Grove City will compete in the Presidents' Athletic Conference Championships Monday and Tuesday at Cedarbrook Golf Course in Belle Vernon, Pa.
