BEREA, Ohio -- The Grove City College men's soccer rallied from an early 1-0 deficit to pull out a 2-1 victory over host Baldwin-Wallace (5-2-1) Saturday night in non-conference action at George Finnie Stadium.

Grove City (3-1-2) pulled into a 1-1 tie at 21:05 when junior midfielder Brian Eckenhoff (Mount Laurel, N.J./Lenape) headed in his first goal of the 2010 season. Eckenhoff's goal came off a free kick by senior defender Zach Barzanty (Bridgeville, Pa./South Fayette).

The Wolverines then snatched the lead at the 87:05 mark when freshman forward Josh Kern (Fairfield, Pa./Fairfield) scored his first collegiate goal. Kern's score came off a cross from sophomore midfielder Alex Ayer (Farmington, Conn./Farmington).

Baldwin-Wallace took a 1-0 lead at 17:01 on a goal from Pat Brennan. The Yellow Jackets owned a 23-9 advantage in shots and had a 14-6 edge in corner kicks also.
