CLARION, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's swimming and diving team opened the 2015-16 season Saturday afternoon by competing in the Clarion University Fall Classic. Clarion finished the meet with 177.5 points while Grove City had 113.5 team points.

Three Grove City performers earned wins in the meet. Junior Jeremy Kim (Frederick, Md./New Life Christian) won the 200 butterfly in 2 minutes, 6.24 seconds while senior Jordan Dehli (Moneta, Va./Staunton River) took first in the 50 free (22.22).

Freshman Dane Hoselton (Naples, N.Y./Naples Central) won the 200 backstroke in 2:07.80.

Grove City opens its dual meet schedule October 24 at Allegheny.
