Wolverines open spring with
shutout
GREENVILLE, PA, March 18, 2002--The Grove City College men's tennis team opened
its 2002 schedule with a 9-0 shutout over cross-county rival Thiel College in
Greenville on Monday afternoon.
The Wolverines didn't surrender a single set and won two matches by forfeit.
Grove City had its scheduled season opener at Slippery Rock University canceled due to rain last Friday. That match will be made up on Thursday, April 4th.
