Wolverines close 2005 with victory
SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's tennis team closed the 2005 season with a rain-shortened 5-1 win over NCAA Division II rival Slippery Rock Tuesday afternoon. The Wolverines finish the season 12-4 overall. It is Grove City's sixth straight winning season, as well as the program's 17th straight year with a .500 record or better.
The Wolverines have also posted five consecutive seasons with at least 10 victories.
