Grove City now 5-1; Walters earns 300th win as men's coach

ALTOONA, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's tennis team recorded its fourth straight win Friday afternoon with a 9-0 victory over host Penn State Altoona in non-conference action. It is the 300th victory as head men's tennis coach for Grove City head coach Joe Walters. Walters has a 300-113 record in 35 season as head men's coach. Overall, his record as a head tennis coach at Grove City is 311-114 as he coached the women's team in 2004.

All four Grove City victories during the current streak have been by 9-0 scores. Grove City will face Juniata Saturday at 11 a.m. in Huntingdon, Pa.
