Mercyhurst nips Grove City, 5-4

ERIE, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's tennis team dropped a 5-4 decision to NCAA Division II foe Mercyhurst Monday afternoon in non-conference action at Penn State Behrend. Each team won three of the six singles matches but Mercyhurst (10-6) pulled out two of the three doubles bouts.

Grove City (7-4) has played seven of its last eight matches on the road. The Wolverines return to action at home next Monday, April 19 against Presidents' Athletic Conference rival Waynesburg.
