Wolverines fall at Walsh
NORTH CANTON, Ohio -- The Grove City College men's tennis team wrapped up the 2010 season Tuesday afternoon with an 8-1 non-conference setback at NAIA Walsh University. The Wolverines conclude the campaign with an 8-6 overall record.
Sophomore Scott Yanak (Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper Saint Clair) earned the Wolverines' point at sixth singles over Walsh's Chase Pucci, 6-3 and 6-1.
Grove City has now earned 11 consecutive winning seasons and has finished .500 or better in 22 straight years.
