Grove City wins fifth straight

GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College men's tennis team won its fifth-straight match and stayed perfect in Presidents' Athletic Conference play by sweeping the visiting Thiel Tomcats 9-0 on Wednesday afternoon at the Walters-Zbell Tennis Courts.

The Wolverines (5-3, 4-0 PAC) did not drop a set in any of their six singles triumphs and lost just two total games in the win.

Grove City is now 5-0 this spring and 5-3 overall. The Wolverines are scheduled to host Carnegie Mellon, ranked 11th in the latest NCAA Division III poll, on Friday at 4 p.m.
