Allegheny defeats Lady Wolverines, 3-1
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College volleyball team dropped a 30-23, 25-30, 30-16, 30-13 verdict to visiting Allegheny (8-6) Tuesday night at the Grove City College Arena.
Freshman Kelly Tinney (Ashtabula, Ohio/Sts. John and Paul) led Grove City with nine kills and five blocks. Senior Lisa Bodi (Springville, N.Y./Springville-Griffith Institute) had seven kills and 16 digs while sophomore setter Carly Denniston (Grove City, Pa./Grove City) had 26 assists.
Grove City (4-11) visits Wooster Thursday night at 7 p.m.
