Grove City falls at Waynesburg
WAYNESBURG, Pa. -- The Grove City College volleyball team fell to 7-10 overall and 0-2 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference with a 30-27, 30-25, 30-28 loss to host Waynesburg at the Rudy Marisa Field House Tuesday night.
Freshman Natalie Liberati (Bethel Park, Pa./Bethel Park) posted a team-high 11 kills while junior Carlie Roberts (Union City, Pa./Union City) had seven kills. Sophomore setter Kim Walsh (Beaver, Pa./Beaver) recorded 25 assists while junior Emily Rossol (Waterville, Ohio/Toledo Christian) had 24 digs. Sophomore Jennifer Plyler (Guys Mills, Pa./Maplewood) had 10 digs.
Grove City will visit Penn State Behrend Thursday night in non-conference action.
