Thomas More tops Grove City
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College volleyball team fell to 14-13 overall and 4-5 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference Saturday afternoon with a 30-20, 20-30, 30-22, 30-23 loss to visiting Thomas More (15-14, 4-3) at the Grove City College Arena.
Freshman Natalie Liberati (Bethel Park, Pa./Bethel Park) led Grove City with 14 kills while junior Carlie Roberts (Union City, Pa./Union City) had 12 kills and eight blocks. Sophomore setter Kim Walsh (Beaver, Pa./Beaver) had 42 assists.
Junior Emily Rossol (Waterville, Ohio/Toledo Christian) recorded 25 digs while sophomore Jennifer Plyler (Guys Mills, Pa./Maplewood) added 21 digs.
Grove City will host Thiel Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m.
