Thomas More tops Grove City
CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. -- The Grove City College volleyball team fell to 17-10 overall and 7-5 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference Tuesday night with a 30-26, 30-20, 30-17 setback at Thomas More in PAC action at the Connor Convocation Center.
Junior Natalie Liberati (Bethel Park, Pa./Bethel Park) led Grove City with 11 kills while seniors Kate Skinner (Avon Lake, Ohio/Christian Community) and Jennifer Plyler (Guys Mills, Pa./Maplewood) both had six kills. Senior setter Kim Walsh (Beaver, Pa./Beaver) recorded 27 assists.
Senior Brooke Mincey (Grove City, Pa./Grove City) racked up 26 digs while Plyler posted 17 digs. Freshman Kim Budd (Hubbard, Ohio/Hubbard) added 10 digs.
Grove City will host PAC foe Waynesburg Thursday night at 6:30 p.m.
