Wolverines drop home match
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College volleyball team dropped a 25-22, 25-15, 25-18 decision to visiting Westminster (16-12, 9-7 PAC) in Presidents' Athletic Conference action Saturday at the Grove City College Arena.
Junior Natalija Galens (Covert, Mich./Grace Christian) led Grove City (12-14, 5-10 PAC) with 10 kills. Junior setter Amy Trageser (Marriottsville, Md./Chapelgate Christian) recorded 25 assists.
Defensively, freshman Jamie Robatisin (Wexford, Pa./North Allegheny) paced the Wolverines with 14 digs. Senior Frances Trenta (Hartville, Ohio/Lake) collected 13 digs and Trageser tallied 11 digs. Galens and senior Dalaney Algiere (Grasonville, Md./Kent Island) both had two blocks.
Grove City will visit conference foe Thomas More Tuesday at 6 p.m.
