Wolverines swept by Thomas More
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College volleyball team fell to Thomas More 25-17, 25-12, 25-19 in Presidents' Athletic Conference action on Friday evening in the Grove City College Arena.
Sophomore Jamie Robatisin (Wexford, Pa./North Allegheny) led the Wolverine attack with six kills while freshman Laura Buchanan (North Huntingdon, Pa./Norwin) added five kills and senior Natalija Galens (Covert, Mich./Grace Christian) four kills and a match-best 13 digs.
Sophomore libero Beka Russell (North Canton, Ohio/Cuyahoga Valley Christian) matched Galens with 13 digs while senior setter Amy Trageser (Marriottsville, Md./Chapelgate Christian) recorded 11 assists and six digs.
Freshman Carilyn White (Wattsburg, Pa./Seneca) registered Grove City's lone service ace.
Grove City travels to Geneva on Tuesday for a 7 p.m. conference match.
