October 15, 1998--The Grove City College women's volleyball team cruised past Hiram College, 15-1, 15-7, 15-4, in a non-conference match Thursday night in Hiram, OH.

Senior Liz Sparks (Grove City, PA/Grove City) and freshman Julie Porter (Medina, OH/Highland) led the way with seven kills each.

The Lady Wolverines improved to 17-10 overall, while Hiram fell to 1-23.

Grove City hosts Washington & Jefferson College next Tuesday, October 20, at 6:00 p.m.
