Lady Wolverines Outlast Pitt Bradford BRADFORD, PA, September 4, 1999--Grove City knocked off host Pitt Bradford in five games Saturday, winning by game scores of 16-14, 15-6, 11-15, 11-15, 15-11. With the win, the Lady Wolverines improved to 2-0 on the season. Julie Porter (Medina, OH/Highland) recorded 20 kills and Sarah Gardner (Mechanicsburg, PA/Mechanicsburg) contributed 10 blocks to the winning effort. |
