The Lady Wolverine volleyball team overcame a two-game deficit to beat visiting Allegheny College Tuesday, 11-15, 9-15, 15-10, 15-6, 15-5.  Grove City improved to 11-9 overall, while visiting Allegheny fell to 9-10.

Cara Denniston (Grove City, PA/Grove City) set the stage with 54 assists on the night.  Julie Porter (Medina, OH/Highland) recorded 19 kills and 27 digs, while Laura Goll (Strongsville, OH/Strongsville) contributed 30 digs.

The Lady Wolverines, who have gone five games in each of their last five matches, watched a 2-0 lead evaporate last Friday at the Juniata Invitational.   Since then, they have won three of four to jump two matches over .500 for the first time this season.
