Beatty and Slater then drained consecutive three-point goals. Sophomore Laura Miller (Hudson, Ohio/Hudson) capped the run with a layup.

Grove City shot 26 of 62 (42 percent) from the field while Saint Vincent made 19 of 48 (39 percent) field-goal attempts. Laura Klimchock and Janelle Reed each led Saint Vincent with 16 points.
