GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's basketball team fell to 12-12 overall Wednesday night with a 73-56 setback against visiting Saint Vincent in a clash of Presidents' Athletic Conference members at the Grove City College Arena.

Saint Vincent (19-5) broke the game with a 30-6 run in the second half. Grove City took a 41-39 lead one minute into the second half when senior forward Laura Miller (Hudson, Ohio/Hudson) drained a pair of free throws. However, the Bearcats took the lead for good when forward Brittany Sedlock scored eight of the next 10 points in the game.

Saint Vincent eventually took a 34-28 lead later in the half but a Miller three-point play with 1:25 left in the half forged a 36-36 tie. Neither team scored over the remainder of the half.

Junior forward Christine Slater (Aliquippa, Pa./Center) recorded 18 points and 14 rebounds for the Wolverines while Gebrosky added 15 points. Miller finished with nine.
