Baldwin-Wallace 86, Grove City 34

December 2, 1998--The Lady Wolverine basketball team's bid to derail unbeaten Baldwin-Wallace came up 52 points short Wednesday night as the Lady Yellow Jackets prevailed, 86-34, in Berea, OH.

Grove City trailed Baldwin-Wallace 34-22 at halftime before being outscored 52-12 in the final 20 minutes.

Sophomore forward Krista Summers (Staunton, VA/Grace Christian) led the Lady Wolverines in scoring with 13 points on 5 of 11 shooting.

Grove City dropped to 1-2, while B-W cruised to a perfect 5-0 mark.

The Lady Wolverines are in action Friday and Saturday at the Penn State-Behrend Tournament in Erie, PA.
