Grove City takes 12th at Capital
LOCKBOURNE, Ohio -- The Grove City College women's golf team placed 12th out of 17 teams at Capital University's two-day Purple and White Invitational at Foxfire Club. Grove City accumulated a team score of 844 over 36 holes. Bethel (Ind.) won the team title with 678.
Freshman Arielle Goyzueta (Goshen, N.Y./Goshen) placed 14th overall with a two-day total of 185 for Grove City. Bethel's Kara Ballinger earned medalist with a 162.
Grove City returns to action April 16 at the Saint Vincent Invitational in Latrobe, Pa.
