Grove City wins W&J Invitational
CANONSBURG, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's golf team captured the team title at the Washington & Jefferson Invitational Monday afternoon at Southpointe Golf Club. Grove City recorded a team score of 406 to earn a 15-stroke victory over runner-up W&J (421).
Sophomore Kayla Finney (Valencia, Pa./Mars) tied for second overall with a round of 95. Westminster's Pam Bonneau earned medalist with a 90.
Grove City will compete in the Saint Vincent Invitational Friday in Latrobe, Pa.
