Grove City takes fourth
NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's golf team took fourth out of nine teams Monday afternoon at the Westminster College Eckles Invitational at New Castle Country Club. Grove City finished with a team score of 406. Mount Union won the team title with a 382, followed by Point Park (384) and Clarion (388).
Junior Kayla Finney (Valencia, Pa./Mars) led the Wolverines with a 94, good for third place in the 44-golfer field. Mount Union's Ashlee Marvin earned medalist with a 92.
Grove City returns to action Friday at the Siena Heights Invitational in Jackson, Mich.
