Grove City drops dual match
MASSILLON, Ohio -- The Grove City College women's golf team dropped a 394-419 decision to Malone University in a dual match Thursday afternoon at The Legends Golf Course.
Senior Katie Birmingham (Grove City, Pa./Grove City) paced Grove City with a 93 while sophomore Carolyn Jack (Wexford, Pa./North Allegheny) carded a 105. Malone's Nicole VanderYacht shot the match's low round with an 87.
Grove City returns to action Saturday at the Thiel Invitational in Greenville.
