Rieman earns All-Region

GROVE CITY, Pa. -- Grove City College junior women's soccer player Grace Rieman (Arlington, Va./Homeschooled) earned Second Team All-Great Lakes Region recognition from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) over the weekend.

Rieman paced the Grove City women's team in assists (4) and total points (16) this fall from her midfield position. She also ranked second on the team with six goals. Rieman started 17 matches for the Wolverines (10-8-2, 7-2 PAC) and led the team with three game-winning goals.

She earned First Team All-Presidents' Athletic Conference following the 2011 season. She also earned First Team All-PAC in 2009 and Second Team All-PAC in 2010.

For her career, Rieman has 19 goals and 22 assists in 59 career matches. She is fourth all-time at Grove City with 22 career assists.

Rieman is the seventh Grove City player to earn NSCAA All-Region since 2003, joining Hannah Yang (2010), Kristin Colley (2007), Emily Ostlund (2007), Stephanie Wild (2007), Danielle Balliet (2003) and Meg Tilley (2003).
