Allegheny blanks Lady Wolverines

GROVE CITY, Pa. -- A pair of first-half goals vaulted visiting Allegheny to a 3-0 win over Grove City College in women's soccer action Wednesday afternoon.

Allegheny (6-2) outshot Grove City 17-1. In goal, Katy Turman (Abington, Pa./Abington) made eight saves for the Lady Wolverines (2-4).

The win was Allegheny's ninth straight over Grove City.
