Tartans blank Grove City
PITTSBURGH -- The Grove City College women's soccer team fell to 2-2 with a 3-0 loss at Carnegie Mellon Tuesday night at Gesling Stadium.
The Tartans (3-0) jumped out to a 3-0 lead 29 minutes into the match and outshot Grove City 27-1 for the match. Sophomore goalkeeper Kori Koper (North Huntingdon, Pa./Norwin) made nine saves in goal for Grove City.
The Wolverines will compete in the Fredonia State Tournament Friday and Saturday.
