Westminster downs Grove City
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's swimming and diving team dropped a 149-98 decision to visiting Westminster Tuesday night in a Presidents' Athletic Conference dual meet in the Grove City College Pool. Grove City is now 5-8 overall and 1-2 in the PAC.
Freshman sprinter Jane Wilson (Newberg, Ore./Veritas School) led Grove City with three individual victories. Wilson won the 50 free in 24.48 seconds and also won the 100 free with a time of 54.17 seconds. Wilson then won the 100 butterfly in 1:03.25.
Also for Grove City, junior Ellen Keefer (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville) took second in the 200 free (2:00.34).
Grove City will visit Wooster Saturday afternoon in a non-conference dual meet at 1 p.m.
