GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's swimming and diving team is in second place after the first night of the 19th Grove City College Invitational/Presidents' Athletic Conference Championships. The Wolverines accumulated 234 team points Thursday night and trail only Washington & Jefferson. W&J has 271 team points.

Grove City opened the night in victorious fashion as the quartet of freshman Jenna Richert (Sewickley, Pa./Quaker Valley), sophomore Lauren Baur (North Wales, Pa./North Penn), freshman Emily Kramer (Ankeny, Iowa/Homeschooled) and sophomore Sarah Page (Colorado Springs, Colo./Pine Creek) won the 200 free relay in 1 minute, 36.88 seconds.
