Eckendorf competes at regional championships

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Grove City College sophomore diver Carolyn Eckendorf (Fairview, Pa./Fairview) competed in the NCAA Division III Region 4 Diving Championships Friday and Saturday at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Eckendorf competed in both 1- and 3-meter diving during the two-day event. She took 13th in 1-meter diving with a score of 340.50 points and then placed 20th on the 3-meter board with 334.60 points.

Fredonia State's Ashley Keller won both diving events. She won 1-meter diving with 412.20 points and posted a winning score of 446.45 on the high board.
