Wolverines knock off Bethany, 8-1
BETHANY, W. Va. -- The Grove City College women's tennis team improved to 10-1 overall Thursday afternoon with an 8-1 victory over Presidents' Athletic Conference rival Bethany in a non-conference match at Bethany College.
It is Grove City's 76th consecutive victory over a Presidents' Athletic Conference opponent. Grove City swept all six singles matches and has recorded its first double-digit win season since going 12-1 in 1999.
Grove City will close the dual-match portion of the schedule next Monday at Washington and Jefferson.
