Grove City opens 2005 with sweep
WAYNESBURG, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's tennis team opened the 2005 season with a 9-0 sweep of homestanding Waynesburg Thursday afternoon in Presidents' Athletic Conference action. Grove City is now 1-0 overall and 1-0 in the PAC.
It is the Wolverines' 78th consecutive victory over a PAC opponent. The Wolverines will open the home portion of the schedule Wednesday, Sept. 7 against NCAA Division II West Liberty State at 3 p.m.
