Wolverines blank Bethany, improve to 6-0
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's tennis team is 6-0 overall and 3-0 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference after recording a 9-0 home victory over Bethany Friday afternoon in a PAC match at the Grove City College Courts. The Wolverines dropped just one game in the nine total matches.
Grove City's 6-0 start is the program's best since the 1999 squad opened the season 8-0.
Grove City is off until next Friday, September 21, when several team members will compete in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Southeast Regional Championships in Fredericksburg, Va.
