Grove City tops Saint Vincent in opener
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's tennis team opened the 2008 season Tuesday afternoon with a 7-2 victory over Presidents' Athletic Conference foe Saint Vincent at the Grove City College Courts. Grove City (1-0) won all three doubles matches before taking four of the six singles bouts.
Saint Vincent is a provisional member of NCAA Division III, thus, the match does not count toward the conference standings.
Grove City will visit NCAA Division II West Liberty State Thursday at 4 p.m.
