Wolverines edge Allegheny
MEADVILLE, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's tennis team improved to 14-4 overall and 3-2 in the spring portion of the schedule Tuesday afternoon by pulling out a 5-4 win at Allegheny.
Grove City dropped two of the three doubles matches but rebounded to win four of six singles matches. Four of the six singles matches went to three sets with Grove City winning three of those four.
The teams had played in the fall with Allegheny earning a 7-2 win at Grove City September 23.
Grove City will visit Walsh Tuesday, April 27.
